As part of national initiatives aimed at preparing the general environment and higher education institutions to resume their academic roles, National Ribat University welcomed a delegation from the General Administration of Media and Public Relations. The delegation was led by Police Major General Dr. Khawad Al-Shami Abdul-Rahim (Director of the General Administration of Media and Public Relations) and included Police Colonel Sulafa Hussein Abdullah (Director of the Media Department). This visit was part of an initiative to clean and prepare universities in Khartoum State, supported and supervised by the Ministry of Interior and the Police Force Headquarters.
The delegation was received by Police Lieutenant General Kamal Abdel-Moneim (Assistant Director of National Ribat University for Administrative and Financial Affairs), Police Lieutenant Colonel Dr. Khalida Ibrahim (Director of the University’s University Security Sub-department), Police First Lieutenant Mohamed Ghabboush, and several university staff members.
The visit falls within the scope of an initiative targeting the removal of traces and debris left by recent events and the preparation of the university environment. The effort aims to enhance the universities' readiness to welcome students and resume academic activities, with the participation of various police departments, including University Security, Community Police, Prison Forces, and Civil Defense Forces.
